🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your leather gear. Upon receiving your purchase, you have a 14-day window to ensure it’s the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund.
Return Conditions:

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, unworn, and re-saleable condition with all original tags attached.

Packaging: Leather wallets and bags must include their original, undamaged branded boxes.

Proof of Purchase: Please include the original returns note inside the package so our team can process your request swiftly.

Exclusions: Custom-made, bespoke, or altered items are non-refundable.

Return Costs: The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Past 14 Days:
Items returned after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a cash refund. Instead, the original amount paid will be credited to your E-wallet balance, which can be used for future purchases within one year from the return date (E-wallet balances are non-refundable).
